Shipping policy
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free domestic standard shipping (5-8 business days) within the USA. For faster shipping, we also offer USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground and UPS 3-Day shipping services with additional fee.
Based on the shipping address, an estimated delivery date will be shown on the checkout page next to each shipping service option. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Durham, North Carolina, USA.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer any international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within seven days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at help@yaqamoz.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We will gladly accept returns on unworn and unused YAQAMOZ products within 30 days of purchase & will cover the return shipping on all U.S. domestic orders by providing a prepaid return label. Please check our refund policy for instructions.
