Returns and Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns on unworn and unused YAQAMOZ products within 30 days of delivery & will cover the return shipping on all U.S. domestic orders by providing a prepaid return label.

Once initiating a return, you have 30 days to ship your return or you'll lose your instant credit/refund.

Only items that have been unworn, unwashed, unaltered, are free of stains and odors, and that have their original tags affixed will be eligible for return or exchange. If an exchange has been granted, or refund / credit granted and used, you will be charged if your return item does not meet the aforementioned standards. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days from the time your return is delivered to our warehouse for us to inspect and process a return. Please note that once we refund your original form of payment, the credit may take up to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If accepted, we will arrange the goods to be swapped over at our expense.
