Orders

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Please note, that we can only accept one form of payment per order.

What if I need to modify the contents of my order?

If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.

We also cannot remove items from an existing order. Instead, please return any unwanted items once you receive your order.

Can I change or cancel an order once it has been submitted?

Contact Customer Experience within 60 minutes of placing your order.

Cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you cannot process a cancellation in time, you can initiate a return once you receive your order for a full refund of the merchandise value, excluding shipping. You can find details on how to return an order by clicking here.

How do I check status of my order?

Once the order was placed successfully, we send out a confirmation email to the email address used in the order. You can click on the status of the order link in that email.

Occasionally, one can enter the wrong email address during the order process. In that case, the order confirmation email will not reach the intended customer. If you do not receive the order confirmation email (or SMS if you've provided a phone number), please contact Customer Experience to make the necessary corrections.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

We will collect sales tax where required by law. 

Sales tax will be based on the shipping address of each order.

Please note: Sales tax rates vary by state and are subject to change. Once you enter your shipping address at checkout to see the sales tax amount.

Yaqamoz currently charges Sales Tax only to orders with North Carolina shipping addresses.

Shipping

My package shows delivered status, but I don't have it

If your tracking information shows delivered, we first suggest checking around your home/apartment and with family/neighbors to see if someone else accepted the package.

Packages can also be marked as delivered prematurely, we suggest waiting for 1-2 business days for the package to arrive.  You can also contact the carrier to report the package hasn't arrived yet.  

We strongly recommend never missing an update - Once the package is sent from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please check the estimated delivery date once it is available on the carrier's website. Once you know the estimated delivery date, if it is not working out for you, please contact the carrier to make a hold on or redirect the package.

For international orders, you will need to get in touch with the local carrier.

Yaqamoz has no control over any of the carriers and their delivery business.

When will my order arrive?

We usually ship all the orders within one business day. Once your package is sent from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please check the estimated delivery date once it is available on the carrier's website.

What are your current shipping methods?

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

For US standard shipping, all products ship via either UPS Ground or USPS.

For International orders, we also use UPS or USPS. Customs and dues are not included in our prices. Therefore, international customers are responsible for paying for all the import fees.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Contact Customer Experience within 60 minutes of placing your order. We cannot guarantee the address change on orders.

Sales Taxes are collected based on the shipping address. If the address change requires a change in the sales tax, we can only cancel the order, and you can reorder with the correct shipping address.

Where does Yaqamoz ship?

We ship pretty much anywhere. To see a full list of countries, please look at the list on the Chek Out page >> Shipping Address >> Country drop-down list.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

Returns

You can return products purchased from us within 30 days of delivery and receive a refund of your purchase price in your original form of payment, excluding any shipping and handling that may have been charged to you.

If returning an item from an order that qualified for free shipping might result in a waiver of the free shipping status. For example, Yaqamoz offers free US shipping for orders over $200. Returning a $49 item from an order total of $210 will result in losing the free shipping status, and a shipping charge will be deducted from the refund based on the cost of shipping for remaining items and shipping address.

For purposes of this Policy, “delivery” is defined as the date the shipment was marked delivered by the carrier's tracking number or if the product was purchased from one of our retail locations, the date on which the product was purchased (either by you or by another person as a gift for you).

Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags and packaging.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another size/color/style, etc., we ask that you proceed with a return and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your return to process. We will send an email notification once the item(s) have been received and the refund initiated. From this date, the refund amount will appear back in the original account within three to five business days.

If you return your items after 30 days from their delivery receipt, we reserve the right to refuse your return.
